ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage inventory, all purchases from DĒSSO CŪRATED are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, color, fit or preference, except where required by applicable law.

VINTAGE CONDITION

Our pieces are vintage and may show age-related wear, patina, variations, repairs or other signs of previous use. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered defects. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, measurements and detailed photographs.

Please review all product information carefully before purchasing. Additional photographs, measurements and condition details are available upon request.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at clementine@desso-designs.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled after packing, shipping, delivery arrangements or pickup preparation have begun.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MATERIALLY MISREPRESENTED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item or the item is materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clementine@desso-designs.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The complete item

  • The reported damage or issue

  • The exterior and interior packaging

  • The shipping label

Please retain the item and all packaging while the claim is reviewed. We will evaluate the information and, when appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, partial refund or refund. Because most of our pieces are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Customers are encouraged to inspect local-pickup purchases before leaving the pickup location. Once an item has been inspected and collected, the sale is final, except where required by law or where a material issue could not reasonably have been identified during pickup.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Original shipping, delivery, freight, storage and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund results from our error or is otherwise required by law.
