A striking Italian majolica charger by Cabaro, dating to the 1960s–70s.
Its sculptural relief border depicts white elephants with golden howdahs moving through a lush tropical landscape of palm fronds and exotic foliage. A soft sage-green glaze and gilded accents highlight the intricate modeling, while the simple white center allows the richly detailed border to take focus.
Beautiful displayed on a wall, layered into a collected tablescape or styled as a decorative centerpiece.
